Do you work with international clients?

Yes, we do. Affoverse (powered by Rajalakshmi Apparels) works with brands and businesses across the globe.

We offer FOB (Freight on Board), direct warehouse delivery, and doorstep shipment depending on
your requirement.

Production time depends on the item, customization, and order quantity. Here’s the typical schedule:

Sampling

  • 3–7 working days (depending on design complexity)

Bulk Production

  • Standard Orders (50–300 units): 12–18 working days
  • Large Orders (300–1,000+ units): 18–45 working days
  • Special Custom Work (cut & sew, heavy embroidery, designer pieces):
    20–50 working days

Shipping

  • India: 2–6 days
  • International: 5–45 days (FOB or warehouse delivery)

Once your order details are confirmed, we provide a precise timeline.

Our MOQs vary by product type:

  • T-shirts, Polos, Hoodies: 50 units per design
  • Cut & Sew (custom patterns): 100 units
  • Uniforms (corporate, school, sports): 50 units

Fashion brands can mix sizes within the same design.

Yes, sampling is available for all clients.

  • 50-100 units order: Sample charge applicable (not deducted from bulk order)
  • 100–200 units order: Sample charge applicable but fully deducted from the bulk order value
  • 200+ units order: No sample charges

Sampling helps ensure perfect fit, colors, and finish.

Tracking details are provided for all orders.

  • Sampling: 100% upfront
  • Bulk Orders:
    • 50% advance
    • 50% before dispatch
  • International orders follow FOB payment terms agreed prior to order confirmation.
